JOB TITLE:                RNFA U23 Development Team Manager

ROLE 

1.         Manage the RNFA U23 Development Team.

This is a military appointment and therefore only RN Service Personnel may apply. The RNFA is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community and welcome applications from all sections of the Royal Navy.

POST REQUIREMENTS 

2.           The post holder should be an individual on the coaching pathway and ideally has experience in developing young players. The appointment requires outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively both up and down the organisation. The post holder should understand the complexities of wider Service football and be able to act as an ambassador for Royal Navy Football Association.

The role may involve working with under 18’s and therefore the successful candidate will be required to have an in date Enhanced DBS certificate before commencing the role
