JOB TITLE:                RNFA MASTER’S TEAM MANAGER (O35)  

ROLE 

1.         Manage the RNFA Master’s Team (O35).

POST REQUIREMENTS 

2.           The post holder should be an individual on the coaching pathway who has experience working with adult, open age players.  Experience in managing mature players will be an advantage. The appointment requires outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively both up and down the organisation. The post holder should understand the complexities of wider Service football and be able to act as an ambassador for Royal Navy Football Association.
