RNFA U23 Men Team Manager
JOB TITLE: RNFA DEVELOPMENT TEAM (U23’s) MANAGER
ROLE
1. Manage the RNFA Men’s Development Team (U23’s)

POST REQUIREMENTS
2. The post holder should be an individual on the coaching pathway who has experience working with adult, open age players. Experience in developing young players will be an advantage. The appointment requires outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively both up and down the organisation. The post holder should understand the complexities of wider Service football and be able to act as an ambassador for Royal Navy Football Association.
The role may involve working with under 18’s and therefore the successful candidate will be required to have an in date Enhanced DBS certificate before commencing the role
