St. Georges Park Over 30's competition

1. To re-engage with the Royal Navy ‘Over 30s’, the intention from the Royal Navy Football Association (RNFA) is to offer a once in a lifetime experience at St George’s Park, the home of England’s 24 national teams. The competition will take place on Wed 12 Jun 18 between 1100 -1630.

2. The event will consist of a forenoon tour commencing from 1100 to give all participants a unique opportunity in going behind-the-scenes at The FA’s National Football Centre. This will be followed by an afternoon’s 6 a-side football competition between 1200-1600 (on 3G), before ending the day with food refreshments between 1600-1630.

3. Entries should be forwarded to Miss Kim Stenning ( by no later than Mon 10 Jun 19.  Teams are to consist of a maximum of 10 players per squad. A team entry form is to be completed which can be found within Annex A. As a means of maximising the ‘overall experience’ for players, competition entries will be capped at 10 teams, this is predominantly due to time constraints and facility availability. In the instance of the event being oversubscribed, entries will be pulled out of a hat from within regions and a future event will be considered later this year. All teams will receive an email on Mon 10 Jun 19 informing them of their successful/unsuccessful application.

4.Teams are responsible for organising their own transport to and from St George’s Park. As this is an RNFA sponsored event, units are to arrange travel and subsistence enquiries with their local travel section for authority.

5.Personnel may only play for the unit to which they are assigned to.  Where a unit is unable to enter a team of its own, personnel may compete for that unit’s accounting base.
