47-year old Andy Glanville, works for Commander UK Strike Force, based at Fieldhouse Building, HMS Excellent in Portsmouth.

Married to Nicky, with two grown up children, Mason and Taylor. Andy grew up in Portsmouth, as a Man Utd fan, deciding in his late teens, a career in the Royal Marines was for him. Progressing from Marine to Major, he has dedicated his life to the Corps and is well respected amongst his peers and throughout the Service.

Taking up at the whistle in his early forties, Andy has taken to refereeing like a duck to water. Promoted to Level 4, he has used his life experience, passion for football and a thirst for a new adventure to impress to the RNFA Referees Committee that he is the right person to take us forward in these unprecedented times.
